Instructor Matt Bowen will be returning as an instructor at Champions Hockey Academy for the fourth consecutive year. Coach Matt is the skill development director for the Peterborough Ontario Minor Hockey Program. Named 2015-2016 Technical Coach of the Year, Coach Matt helped develop a very successful and innovative program for youth hockey in Ontario. Matt stresses the fundamentals of the game, including dynamic skating that focuses on proper stride, edgework and quicker feet. He excels at teaching technique with added innovative drills to incorporate, stickhandling and passing in tight areas.
